This is a complete fake, the whole internet knows that. Just check wikipedia, there is no such thing as compressed T-shirts. Get your facts right before you go on the internet and start believing every picture that you see.

It is far easier to buy a shirt like that and photograph it, than photoshop it. There is a lot of photoshopped stuff out there, but that doesn’t mean it all is. To jonboy, surely the post by Atshooo containing the link to a shop goes some of the way to prove it. btw, it is impossible to prove something does not exist.

Really people, yes you can photoshop things like this. yesterday i stumbled upon a tutorial on how to make pictures look like miniature sets, it was awesome, but that doesnt mean that ALL photographs of miniature sets are photoshopped. As far as the expanding T-shirt above, I had one sent to a friend of mine for his birthday.
Pictures were obviously cropped using photoshop (or an image editor), thus they were photoshopped.

Uh, Skip, clearly you have no experience with photo manipulation. This is clearly an altered series of images. You can tell pretty easily by looking at some of the pixels. It does take a pretty good eyes, though, and I’ve probably seen a few more of these in my time than you have.

If the person wanted to fake it - why would he even need photoshop? There is no processing required in faking that.

Oh and by the way the fact that is was posted on a different computer with (most likely) different res settings is one of many possible reasons for strange pixel patterns. Thus please please please stop using this as “proof” that something was shopped.
By the way if it rains on the compressed item it may began to have some amount of decompression around the outside but unless you take absolutely no effort to keep it dry and stay in the rain for a long time it won’t go any farther. I know this from experience.
