Beijing Duck
After a 4-day trip to Beijing, I simply can’t not write anything about its Beijing duck. After all, it is THE food to try if you go to Beijing.
The chef sliced the duck in front of us.
Then we put the slices on a special kind of bread (looks kind of like a pita) along with some vegetables and sauces.

in regards to your fat comment on duck. Ducks do have alot of fat and that fat is infact sold as for confiting purposes. So who ever simply felt the need to ‘remind everyone that ducks do NOT have fat’ is an ass and should not be allowed to comment on food at this level nor anyother level above commenting on the newest addition to the local IHOP menu. People….
